On Thursday 11th August we held our first ‘Investment Evening’ with 100 attendees at The Whitehouse in Barwon Heads. This exclusive event was put on for ‘Bellarine Property’s Landlords and Investors’ was a great success.
Everyone had the opportunity to meet, talk and listen to Bryce Holdaway. Bryce was very encouraging on his view of the current market and recommend continuing to invest in property for the long term. Bryce delivered his story of where he has come from and how he has landed where he is today. From an Accountant, Financial Planning Advisor to partner at Empower Wealth and appearing on Location Location Location and Relocation Australia on Foxtel’s Lifestyle Channel.
Bryce, along with Ben Kingsley also produce Australia’s most downloaded property podcast called ‘Property Couch’. Everyone left with a copy of “The Armchair Guide to Property Investing” co-authored by Bryce and Ben Kingsley. This book is a must read for anyone who is passionate about setting up passive income from property.
It was a great couple of hours with a room full of like minded investors and passion for property investing. Brilliant insight shared by Bryce, especially when asked some great questions in the Q & A at the end of Bryce’s talk.
